Privacy & data protection
What we hold about you, how long we keep it, and how to get a copy or ask us to delete it.
What we hold
- Who you are: your name, phone number, email, and — if you verified your identity — a one-way fingerprint of your government ID. We never store the number itself, and we never store a PhilSys Number at all.
- What you worked: shifts you booked, when you clocked in and out, and the location check we made at the time.
- What you were paid: your earnings, payouts, and the account they went to, shown masked.
- What you wrote: messages to a business about a shift, ratings you gave, and any support conversation.
Your rights
Ask for a copy
Email the DPO and we will send you everything we hold about you, in a machine-readable form, within 30 days.
Ask to be deleted
Request deletion from your account settings — Profile for workers, Settings for businesses — or by email if you cannot sign in. Nothing happens for 30 days: your account works normally, you can change your mind at any point in that window, and we tell you the date.
After that, your name, phone, email, photo and messages are erased. Your **shifts and payments stay**, without your name on them: BIR rules require us to keep financial records for ten years, and those records are also how we prove you were paid.
What is erased, what we must keep, and how long it takes are set out there in full.
Correct something
Most details you can edit yourself in your profile. For anything you cannot, email the DPO.
